Genie 10 - Errors and Recognition

A note from Eugene:
Closed beta testing of the browser that has just ended and now I'm ready to publish the Release Candidate first. I decided to slightly adapt the browser and change FM Genie Scout 2010 (XE) to only 10 FM Genie Scout.

No significant changes in this year's version, only updated to be compatible with the structure of FM 2010 database and fixed some minor bugs. Also the training of classification system conforms to a set of ten points.
