2. Once you have downloaded, then exstrack it, do you have three files namely award.inc, clubs and competition.inc names.inc
3. Copy that file to C: \ Program Files \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2011 \ data \ updates \ update-1110 \ db \ 1110 \ Inc. \ all
4. Just delete the file in fake.inc, nleague.inc and lic_and_swe_fra.inc
5. Finish
