Downloads Dunc's Training - V1.3 Footballmanager 2011 - Youth Schedules
I made this training program that people use for their teams, it is quite annoying to have to do a new program each new store.
This has been divided into positions of players, and each postition focuses on improving areas that the position of those needs, instead of aiming to improve the statistics that have no relation to the position of the player's needs.
I used this in saves with Arsenal, Newcastle and Plymouth, both in a season, and have seen significant results in my players. Although I would point out that the effects of training are not an instantaneous measure of what your players increase all stats after a month of use. As this is still in testing, I prefer some constructive comments after the schedule has been used by at least one season.
Feel free to say if it works well for his team, but please tell me what aspects were good, if any, and the missing.
The positions covered in the youth program are:
Goalkeeper
Central Defender
Fullback
Wingback
Defensive Midfielder
Central Midfielder
Attacking Midfielder
Winger
Striker
Poacher
Target Man
Again, any feedback is appreciated, despite the messages like "This sucks" are not really useful, and will result in me less likely to help if needed in the future. So keep that in mind.
If anyone has improvements or anything else you would like to point out, dude. This is only testing for now, as I do not feel three saves enough to validate as "good" or "bad." I'd rather have a varied perspective on it and see how people are, and how it would change.
To use the program:
1.Place Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2011/Schedules.
2.Si you do not have a folder and create a schedule.
3.In the game go to training. Click on the schedule then manage schedules and click import, and if you have put in the appropriate folder, which should be there, if not, please go back to step one.
PS. Make sure you extract the file with WinRAR or some similar program.
