Extract to: C:\Users\[User Name]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\
then, right click on shortcut FM 2012--> Properties --> give " --small_screen --windowed" on end of target box..
without quotes and with space
example: "C:\Program Files\SEGA\Football Manager 2012\fm.exe" --small_screen --windowed
run the shortcut, then change skins on preferences..
